Transportation Policies & Safety Guidelines

    • Campers must arrive 5-10 minutes before their designated pickup time.

    • If a camper misses the shuttle, parents must transport them to the next pickup stop.

    • Shuttle will wait no longer than 5 minutes at each stop before proceeding.

    • If the last stop is missed for Monticello Racetrack or Barryville Methodist Church, please proceed to Camp White Stag to pick up your camper. Counselors will always remain with your camper until you arrive.

    • A Camp White Stag counselor is always on board to supervise and assist campers.

    • Zero tolerance for misconduct – campers must follow safety guidelines and show respect to staff and fellow riders.

    • Persistent misbehavior may result in removal from the transportation service (no refunds).

    • If a camper experiences a medical emergency during transit, staff will seek immediate medical assistance.

    • Parents will be contacted as soon as possible.

    • Any medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

    • Transportation fees are non-refundable unless the camp cancels the service.

    • If parents wish to cancel their child's transportation, they must notify Camp White Stag at least 45 days in advance.

Complimentary Shuttle Opportunity

Families who live outside a 28-mile radius of Camp White Stag and are enrolled for six or more session weeks may be eligible for complimentary shuttle service. Approval required. Seats are limited per route per session week.
