Registration is complete once all 4 Registration Forms are filled out and payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of Cancellation must be given at least 45 days before your camp session to receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation notice must be given within 45 days of your camp session, or you will not receive a refund. Contact Us with questions or concerns.

We understand emergencies come up and will do our best to look at each circumstance and try to accommodate accordingly. If there is a waitlist for the session, we will try to replace the cancellation with a waitlisted camper(s) for a full refund minus the administrative fee.
