Camp White Stag’s Summer Program for Kids Ages 12 - 15

Our next-level instruction seamlessly combines agriculture, nature, skill-building, and engaging games, offering campers a comprehensive and immersive experience.

Participants in this group will dive into hands-on activities designed to foster a deeper connection with the land, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to survive and thrive in the great outdoors.

  • Advanced Fishing & Archery Techniques

  • Cooking Outdoors, and Much More

Program Details

Campers will get to work intimately with the farm animals, including feeding, grooming, and learning regenerative farming practices, on our 50+ beautiful acres of diverse land on White Stag Farms.

Led by our agricultural coordinator and head farmer, Brett Hogancamp, this program offers a curriculum designed to teach older kids how to take on more responsibility while having fun.

  • Hands-On Care for a Variety of Livestock: Cows, Chickens, Pigs, Rabbits, Goats, & Sheep

  • Beekeeping

  • Planting, Managing and Maintaining Plant Life: Vegetables, Fruits, Trees, and Soil Health

Nature Skills

  • Introduction to Bushcraft

    • Safe practices and primitive fire-making methods

    • Shelter-building

    • Campfire cooking

  • Plant Identification: Edible, Poisonous, and Helpful Species

  • Animal Identification: Tracking, Prints, and Bird Watching

Leadership & Skill Building
