One Session: $595 per child
Two Sessions: $1190 per child

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given at least 45 days prior to your camp session to receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellation notice given within 45 days of your camp session or you will not receive a refund. Please Contact Us with questions or concerns.
We understand emergencies come up and will do our best to look at each circumstance and try to accommodate accordingly.
If there is a waitlist for the session, we will try to replace the cancellation with the waitlisted camper for a full refund minus the administrative fee.
Aftercare Program
Our Aftercare Program isn't just an extension of the day β it's an extension of the fun!
Our dedicated staff will ensure that your camper ends their day at Camp White Stag with the same enthusiasm and smiles they started with.
Hours: 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Cost: $25 per day, per camper

In Advance: You can easily secure your spot by visiting our dedicated Aftercare Sign-Up Link.
Planning ahead helps us create the best experience for your child.
Per Diem Option: If you need aftercare services on a day-by-basis, sign up at drop-off and send your payment via Venmo when you decide to utilize our aftercare on the same day.
A sign-up sheet for the Aftercare Program will be available each morning at the camper drop-off area. We welcome last-minute additions, so don't hesitate to let us know if your plans change!

Location
Camp White Stag is located at White Stag Farms in Tyler Hill, Pennsylvania.
We're approximately 15 minutes from Narrowsburg, and Callicoon, New York, and just 2 miles over the Damascus/Cochecton Bridge. 20 minutes from Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
White Stag Farms is a regenerative farm on 50 acres of beautiful pasture and woodlands with trails throughout.

Lunch & Snacks
Campers are offered a weekly lunch menu (catered by Proper to Go in Narrowsburg, NY) that can be ordered ahead of time, or they can bring their own lunch each day (bags will be kept in a designated cooler).
We have several water stations throughout the farmβs campus to ensure campers stay hydrated.
We provide healthy snacks at snack time and cool treats each day. We can make changes or adjustments to our snack plans with advance notice.
Please indicate allergies and dietary restrictions on your camperβs health form.
If your camper has a severe food allergy, please contact the Camp Coordinator, and they will call to discuss your camperβs needs in detail.
Include any food allergies, medically prescribed meal plans, dietary restrictions, or special food needs on your Camperβs Health Form.
Before camp, speak to your child about making healthy choices while at camp to ensure his or her health and safety.
Campers with gluten allergies can bring special snacks and/or dessert items to be kept in the kitchen. Please label them with your camperβs name.

Bathrooms
We have 2 portable bathrooms located on campus. Children are only permitted to use them with one of our counselors.
Inclement Weather
Camp will always be in session, rain or shine.
In the event of severe weather, campers will be escorted to our Camp Tent or, if deemed necessary, to the barn, where there will be ample room to work on projects, play games, and work with the animals.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-off is at 9:00 a.m. at the South Gate of White Stag Farms.
Our Counselors will be waiting for all campers to be present before bringing the kids to our Camp Field to start our fun adventures for the day.
Pick-up is at 3:30 p.m. at the South Gate. Counselors/Campers will meet parents there.
Camper Groups
Max group size will be 18 campers
Staff to camper ratio is 1:8
Staff Training
All staff is trained in CPR & First Aid.
Sports & Games
Many of our activities involve cooling off with water play (weather permitting). Swimsuits will be needed, and a safe changing area will be provided.
Every skill training will have a certified specialist in that skill teaching on a 1:5 ratio.

Please be sure to label all items with your childβs name. Children are welcome to leave their boots and spare items for the week.

Camp Store
Our Camp White Stag Store offers a wonderful variety of well-produced clothing and campwear.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items that are personalized or customized in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within seven days of receipt.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges after seven days.
We will provide only store credit for returns made without an exchange. Once the items are received, the store credit will be applied to your account. Customer store credit will only remain valid for the current season (the season ends July 1st).
Camper Behavior Policy
At Camp White Stag, we foster a respectful and supportive environment. Campers are expected to follow camp rules, treat others with kindness, and participate in camp activities in a positive, respectful manner.
Behavioral Expectations
Campers must respect camp staff, fellow campers, and camp property.
Bullying, violence, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Campers are expected to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Behavior-related Dismissals
If a camper's behavior repeatedly violates camp rules or jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others, Camp White Stag reserves the right to dismiss the camper from camp. In such cases:
No refund will be issued for the dismissal.
Parents/guardians will be responsible for arranging immediate transportation for the camper if necessary.

What activities can my child expect?
Depending on their age group, children will engage in a variety of activities, including planting seeds, spending time or caring for farm animals, nature hikes, fort building, archery, fishing, arts and crafts using natural materials, and more.
What if my child has allergies?
Please inform us during registration. We take all precautions to ensure the safety of children with allergies.
How are camp groups organized?
Campers are grouped by age, ensuring they participate in age-appropriate activities.

Is transportation provided?
At the moment, parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children. However, we are exploring options for future transportation solutions.
